Basilica of Superga

Built at the behest of King Victor Amadeus II and completed in 1731, it is located at the top of the hill of Superga, northeast of Turin. This imposing Basilica consists of a circular church topped by a large Baroque-style dome, preceded by a portico supported by eight Corinthian columns.
