Grottoes of Catullus

This rectangular-plan villa of the Roman period was built between the 1st century BC and 1st century AD. Along the western side of the villa, the cryptoporticus is open to visitors, i.e. a long walk that was once covered. The archaeological museum displays finds of the Roman villas on Lake Garda.
