Ancient Capua and Mithraeum Archaeological Museum

Located in the heart of the city, it features seven rooms dedicated to historical periods ranging from antiquity to the splendours of the Samnite and, later, Roman ages. The most famous works on display include a statue of the “Mater Matuta”, the goddess of the Morning, in the sala dei Santuari.
