Day 1 :

Montecatini

Arrival in late afternoon at Montecatini. Check-in at hotel to be used by group until fifth day. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 :

Lucca/Capannori/Marlia

Departure after breakfast for Lucca, visit to old town centre and botanical gardens. Free time for lunch and departure for Capannori, visit to the Villa Torrigiani and its beautiful Baroque gardens. Stop at the Villa Reale at Marlia in immense park with lake (interior of villa not open for visits). Tour continues to the Villa Mansi, with imposing Baroque facade and magnificent English gardens. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

Day 3 :

Florence

Breakfast in hotel. Full-day excursion to Florence with visit to the Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens, among the most attractive and grandiose in Italy, with an amphitheatre, greenhouse, grottoes, maze, secret gardens, avenue of cypresses and numerous statues, fountains and pools. Free time in afternoon for individual visits to city. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

Day 4 :

Florence/Montecatini

Departure after breakfast for hills around Florence with visits to several historical gardens surrounded by green countryside, including the spectacular Villa Gamberaia with pools. Tour continues in afternoon to Montecatini area with visit to Garzoni Gardens in Baroque style and the Villa Grabau with English gardens. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

Day 5 :

Return

Breakfast and end of our services.
