Day 1 :

Nice

Arrival at Nice airport, met by the coach and guide. Visit to the city centre and its famous flower market, the Place Masséna, the Russian Orthodox Cathedral and the Promenade des Anglais. Check-in at hotel in Nice or in the vicinity for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 :

Principality of Monaco

Breakfast in hotel and departure for Monaco. Guided visit to the world-famous principality, with Le Rocher, the Palais Princier, the Oceanographic Museum and the Cathedral, with the tombs of many members of the Grimaldi family, the rulers of Monaco. Lunch in a restaurant. Return to Nice for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 :

Nimes/Arles

Breakfast in hotel and departure for Nimes. Arrival expected in the late morning followed by lunch in a restaurant and guided visit in the afternoon to the city’s main Roman monuments, including Les Arènes, the Tour Magne and the Maison Carrée. Transfer to Arles for check-in at hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 :

Arles/Camargue

Breakfast in hotel and guided visit to Arles and its numerous Roman and Romanesque monuments, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Lunch in a restaurant and afternoon excursion to the Camargue, a region of wild landscapes at the mouth of the River Rhone. Guided visit to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and the fortress city of Aigues-Mortes. Return to hotel in Arles for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 :

Avignon/Cannes

Breakfast in hotel. Morning dedicated to a guided visit to Avignon, with its imposing Palais des Papes and the famous “Pont d’Avignon” (the St Bénézet Bridge). Lunch in a restaurant followed by an afternoon visit to a perfumery in Grasse, considered the world capital of perfumes, then continuing to Cannes for check-in at a hotel in the city or in the vicinity, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6 :

Cannes/Nice

Breakfast in hotel and departure for Nice airport.
