Day 1 :

Sorrento

Arrival of group in late afternoon at 4-star hotel in the Sorrento area. Welcome cocktail. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 :

Pompeii/Vesuvius/Sorrento

Departure after breakfast for Pompeii and guided visit to the excavations of this ancient city. Lunch in restaurant at Pompeii and afternoon excursion with guide on Vesuvius. Coaches can reach an altitude of 1000 metres, with possibility for group to continue by foot with a mountain guide to reach the crater. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

Day 3 :

Capri/Sorrento

Day dedicated to a trip to the island of Capri, leaving Sorrento by hydrofoil. Minibuses are provided for transfers from the parking area in the centre of Sorrento to Sorrento harbour and return. Crossing by hydrofoil and guided visit to island with minibus tour to discover the town of Anacapri, Villa San Michele, the Augustus Gardens and various panoramic viewpoints. Lunch in restaurant during the visit, and free time in the afternoon to visit Capri’s famous square. Return to Sorrento by hydrofoil. Free time in Sorrento and return to hotel. Dinner with traditional specialities and overnight stay.

Day 4 :

Amalfi Coast/Sorrento

Excursion along the Amalfi Coast by local tourist coach (the circulation of non-local coaches is not permitted). First stop at Positano to admire the view, then continuing to Amalfi, with visit to the town and its famous Sant’Andrea Cathedral. Lunch in Amalfi. Visit in the afternoon to Ravello, suspended between sky and sea, and with memorable views over the coast. Possibility of visiting Villa Rufolo. Return to hotel for dinner. Folklore evening with Neapolitan music in traditional local venue. Overnight stay in hotel.

Day 5 :

Naples/Sorrento

Day dedicated to Naples, the capital of the Campania Region, and panoramic visit to main monuments, including the San Carlo Theatre, Piazza del Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, Castel Nuovo, Santa Lucia harbour, Castel dell’Ovo and others. Pizza lunch in restaurant. Afternoon free in Naples and return to hotel in late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6 :

Return

Breakfast in hotel and end of our services.

Arriving and returning we can suggest several interesting visits along the route, such as Caserta, with its famous Royal Palace, the Abbey of Montecassino, or Orvieto, a town with Etruscan origins.
