This museum, dedicated to the Etruscan and Faliscan civilisations (the latter similar to the Latin one), houses pre-Roman finds from Lazio, Etruria and Umbria. Its most famous single treasure is the terracotta funerary monument known as “Sarcophagus of the Spouses”, representing a married couple.
