Founded in 1883 and home to the largest collection of contemporary Italian art, the National Gallery of Modern Art houses 4,400 paintings and sculptures and more than 13,000 drawings and prints by both Italian and foreign artists of the 19th and 20th centuries. The tour comprises 55 rooms.
