National Archaeological Museum and Villa of Tiberius

The archaeological site includes the large Roman villa, which was the residence of Emperor Tiberius in the first century AD. The museum, instead, contains remarkable sculptural finds, including the famous marble groups, of which four episodes of the Homeric epos have been identified so far.
