The interiors of this ancient Benedictine monastery are enriched with precious frescoes from different periods, from early Byzantine works of art of the 8th century to the portrait of St. Francis, without stigmata or halo. Worthy of note is also the statue of St. Benedict by Antonio Raggi (1657).
