Completed in 1310, it is one of the world’s largest churches and houses the relics of St. Anthony, making it a popular Catholic pilgrimage site. It is noted for its harmonious blend of different architectural styles: Romanesque gabled façade, Gothic-style buttresses and Byzantine-style domes.
