Built in Venetian Gothic style, it is the largest church in Venice. It features many works of art, including two paintings by Titian (the “Frari Assumption” altarpiece on the main altar and the “Pesaro Madonna”, on the north wall of the nave), as well as the mortal remains of the great painter.
